Going to the Dentist is never someone's favorite thing to do. However my experience with Dr. Martinez and her staff has changed that perception! I am extremely sensitive and this is the closest I have come to pain free dentistry. They are always aware & really try to make my experience as pleasant as possible.
I always sense & feel a calming effect in Dr. Martinez's hands...she radiates peacefulness.
Pam, the patient administrator, is extremely understanding and works with you in all phases. Everyone in this office is exceptional. I know that anyone would be relieved and very satisfied with this practice- you will not be disappointed!

"Having neglected to maintain periodic dental care for some time, yes I am a big baby, Walnut Avenue Dentistry was recommended by my fiance, a long time patient. The office atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and caring. My appointment was scheduled quickly and conveniently. Although typical, each of my fears and concerns was treated with respect and understanding. Not only did Dr. Martinez perform a dental examination, more importantly, she provided a dental education. To say I'm looking forward to my next visit would be disingenuous, but I am looking forward to having a healthy, happy smile."

"Who would have thought going to the dentist could be an enjoyable experience? Well, I have certainly found that can be true! The individuals in your practice have followed your lead and given great attention to my comfort and ease in all of their dealings with me. Janie, Kim, Luis, Pam and Phyllis not only do their jobs in a very professional and skilled manner, but are also kind and caring people. "Dr. Martinez and her staff have gone to great lengths to insure my comfort and to make me feel at ease. The office is full of small thoughtful items (like TV's on the ceiling to look at while on your back!) to make the patient more relaxed. The office boasts state-of-the-art equipment, designed to facilitate development of the procedures required for use, minimizing the number of visits. I am a big baby when it comes to pain and I can honestly say, the worst pain I have had at Dr. Martinez's hands, was my shot of numbing agent. Everytime I return to my office after a visit I recommend this practice to more people I work with. I am not a person who relaxes easily around people I've just met, but this office feels like a safe harbor. As busy as the staff and doctors are, NO ONE ever seems like they are in a hurry, nor do they rush the patient through whatever the treatment. Furthermore, they are all very happy to explain what they are doing. I am very happy with the service level in this office. "
